Amazing on Gift wants you to receive products in satisfactory condition. This policy applies to products purchased on amazingongift.in and is subject to product-page conditions.
Eligible products may generally be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. The exact window shown on the product or order page prevails. Report wrong, damaged, defective or missing items promptly.
Products must be unused and in original saleable condition with tags, packaging, accessories and order details intact. Footwear should be tried indoors only. Watches and accessories must not show use, alteration or damage. Products marked non-returnable, personalised, hygiene-sensitive or final-sale cannot be returned unless required by law or defective/wrong.
Email info@amazingongift.in with order number, reason and photographs. Do not send anything until our team confirms the method. Pack the product securely. We may arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
After receipt, we inspect the product. If approved, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund according to availability and order conditions. Ineligible returns may be sent back and delivery charges may apply.
Preferably within 48 hours of delivery, send package and product photographs for wrong or visibly damaged items. We will review and arrange an appropriate resolution where verified.
